Turn a Minecraft map into a 3D print
The Jarvis 3DP Minecraft to 3D tool turns a Minecraft map you upload into a printable 3D model. Pick an area of your world and get solid, print-ready blocks, so the buildings and worlds you made can sit on your desk.
3D printing your Minecraft world
A build or a world that took hours in Minecraft can become a real object. The tool reads your map file, you choose the part you want printed, and it turns the blocks into a solid, printable model.
How it works
The tool runs in your browser:
- Upload your Minecraft map.
- Choose the area you want to print.
- The tool converts it into solid, printable blocks.
- Download the model and print it on your 3D printer.
Keep the chosen area in proportion to your printer’s bed.
Material, size and colour
Block models print very cleanly in PLA. Because the model is made of cubes, you can paint the parts after printing, or use a multi-colour printer or filament changes to match the in-game colours of grass, stone and water.
The larger the area, the smaller each block becomes in the printed model. To keep the detail visible, a medium area printed at 10 to 20 cm works well.
Who is it for?
It is for players who want to keep what they built, parents looking for a game-themed gift, Minecraft server owners who want a keepsake of their community’s world, and printer owners looking for a fun project.
Frequently asked questions
How do I 3D print a Minecraft map?
Upload your map, choose the area and the tool builds a printable block model. Prepare the output in a slicer and print it.
Which map does the tool read?
The tool reads the Minecraft map you upload yourself and turns the part you select into a printable model.
How much of the world can I print?
Only the part you select is printed. The chosen area must fit your printer’s bed, otherwise make it smaller or print it in parts.
Which filament should I use?
PLA is a good choice. For natural game colours you can use green, grey and blue filaments, or paint the model after printing.
What if I do not own a 3D printer?
Send the model file through the custom request form and we will give you a price and a print time.
